Cancellation

Your membership will continue for the monthly, semi-annually or a yearly period that you selected during sign up (the "Term"), and renew automatically at the end of the Term, unless You notify us of your decision not to renew your membership by calling our Customer Service Department or by emailing us using our contact us form located in the members area.  You can contact our Customer Service Department by telephone at 1-877-315-6901 Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. ET.

Please Note:

All memberships are renewed until canceled. At any time, and without cause, membership to the service may be terminated by either StockMarketVideo.com, StockMarketTradeAlerts.com, GoldSilverTradeAlerts.com LLC, the site, or the member. When the member requests the termination, membership fees are NOT refunded. Members are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of service.

If a member cancels membership on or after trial expiration date, the member is liable for charges incurred by them until the expiration date of the current member.

If you are a monthly member or semi-annual member, you will not receive a refund or reimbursement of your membership fee after your membership has renewed.

If you are an annual member, you may receive a prorated refund of your annual subscription fee ONLY if you cancel according to these terms within 30 days of the renewal date. After that, although your membership may be terminated, You will not be entitled to any refund, reimbursement, or other credit.

Refunds

When the member requests the termination, membership fees are NOT refundable. Should a refund be issued by StockMarketVideo.com, StockMarketTradeAlerts.com, GoldSilverTradeAlerts.com LLC, all refunds will be credited solely to the payment method used in the original transaction. StockMarketVideo.com, StockMarketTradeAlerts.com, GoldSilverTradeAlerts.com LLC will not issue refunds by cash, check, or to another credit card or payment mechanism. All sales are final.
