How long are stock picks held?

We hold stocks from 1 days to 2 months depending on the trend. Some stocks are only held a matter of days if they rise quickly after we pick them. Each stock pick has an entry, support, resistance and target price. The stock pick videos are updated Monday-Thursday (except on stock market holidays).

How many stock picks do you have on your trading board at one time?

The amount of stock picks varies each week but an estimate of 5 – 15 Trades/Investment positions are posted on our trading board depending on the market trend.

When do you update the members area videos?

Our stock watch list is updated daily.  members can access our watch list in the members area, but we also email our watch list daily before the market open  We also provide real-time buy & sell trading alerts for the stocks on our stock trading board.  To access our daily videos and additional content, members need to login the members area.  On Sunday we provide a Sunday night video, along with GLD and SLV video. Monday-Thursday the Nasdaq, Dow Jones, S&P 500, GLD and SLV along with all the stock pick trading videos on our trading boards are updated. On Thursdays we update the sector videos such as (XBI) BioTech Video, (XLF) Financial Video, (XME) Metals & Mining Video, (XRT) Retail Video, (XLK) Technology Video and US Dollar Index Video. Our daily commentary is updated Sunday-Thursday.

How do I receive SMS trade alerts to my cell phone?

We offer SMS text alerts included in your membership.  To activate the sms alerts you can do so in the members area, emailing us or calling our customer service department.

What types of payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

Are your memberships recurring?

Yes, all of the memberships are reoccurring for your convenience. All memberships can be cancelled by simply going to the My Account section of the website, sending me an email or by calling our customer service department. Subscription will be billed to your credit card by StockMarketVideo.com LLC, ensuring uninterrupted service until cancelled.

What if my membership did not automatically renew or I have no active membership?

If your membership renewal did not renew it is most likely because your billing information changed or the credit card company or bank denied payment. Simple click the “Add/Renew Subscription” tab from within the members area and rejoin the service of your choice.

What happens when I cancel?

You can cancel your membership anytime in my Account, via email or call our customer service department. Once your auto renewal is turned off, you will not be charged on your next billing cycle date. You will continue to have access to the member area until your current membership expires.
If you’d like to renew, just log-in and renew the current membership.

What can I do in My Account?

My Account page manages your membership, plans and account information. It displays your past memberships and current membership.
Address, username, login and password can be updated in My Account.

How do I change my password, email, phone etc.?

In My Account you can update existing account information such as your name, password, phone number and email address.
Use the Edit Account tab to update your password. Use the Change Address tab to update your name, email and phone.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click on Login to open login page. Then click on “Lost your password?” link and enter your email address used during membership. Instruction will be sent in the email to reset your password.

What is your Refund/Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel at any time, and without cause, membership to the service may be terminated by either stockmarketvideo.com, the site, or the member. When the member requests the termination, membership fees are NOT refunded. Members are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of service.

Refunds : Because members immediately benefit from the information and knowledge we provide at StockMarketVideo.com, we do not give refunds. When the member requests the termination, subscription fees are NOT refundable. Should a refund be issued by stockmarketvideo.com, all refunds will be credited solely to the payment method used in the original transaction. stockmarketvideo.com will not issue refunds by cash, check, or to another credit card or payment mechanism. All sales are final.
